议论
Okie, i discovered this meaningful argumentative writing at my senior's blogspot and this article seems quite interesting to me..wuahaha...so i am thinking of making a post here for everyone...it is actually an old chinese article with moral value...some of you might heard about this short story before...but still, its a good article to share, take some time to read...thanks..=)

Missed-out items during hols =)
Finally, 2 months hols came to an end...but i think i missed out something which forgotten to share with you guys...during this long hols,i actually learnt to make some homemade dishes..obviously, thinking of home when making or enjoying these dishes...
First of all, my favourite dish, Kolo Mee...Still clear in memories that my family used to bring me to eat or order take-a-way kolo mee when i was back in kuching...especially when i was in primary school, i used to eat kolo mee every night after tuition, seems that i cant sleep without it...so basically practised this habit every night, "pack of kolo mee everyday before bed"..haha..
Well, the taste or appearance may not be 100% the same as the one i had in kuching...but things may differ from times to times...With years of "kolo mee" knowledges, i bet i probably gonna give myself 70 marks in terms of taste...for the ingredients, i am only capable of getting less than 40 marks with that fact that, i am still lack of nice and hot "char-sio meat"...but i gonna get to it soon...haha...
Next, we have Laksa Sarawak...but i guess i gonna entitle this as "Laksa Perth"...the reason is that , there's some differences from Original Laksa Sarawak...First, of course the taste is not 100% the same , but still i am quite satisfied with the taste...secondly, the size per serving...i must admitted that this bowl of laksa is truly "ang-mo" size which is double the original size...third is the ingredients...instead of chicken slices, i substituted that with steak slices...and also addition of fish ball...well again, things may differ from times to times...haha..
Anyway, i gonna try harder to improve the taste, ingredients and appearance of both dishes...by the way, i am learning Japanese Ramen at the moment, reading a book by a famous japanese ramen house called "Wagamama - Kaizen"...this book is actually a present given by exe. chef of Mercure Hotel, where i worked at the moment..Half way reading, i am actually proud that i am a chinese, because ramen is modified noodle from chinese egg noodles or kolo mee...so chinese is the inventor of noodles..=)
Okie, just a day before i started my class, which is the past sunday night, i actually went for a movie with a housemate and his friend...First time stepping into perth cinema, Hoyts...the feeling is quite cool for me as the designs and movie advertisements are superb and amazing...guess what, hoyts has a total of 15 cinemas..cool..alright,we watched a cantonese movie called "Yip Man"...Kinda martial arts movie which i loved...Movie plot is not bad though, just the ending is sort of unexpected...anyway, below are some photos of the cinema...
