Posting at 5am on SUNDAY morning...
Okay...its been a long time since the i last showing up at blogspot...Kelvin is back to rock & roll!!Came to work around 4am this morning, now having a short break with cup of hot coffee..=)
Well..Unfortunately one of my colleague hurt his knee, so i took over his shifts for the last 3 weeks..then a "full swing" to finish up those assignments...guess what...there's only 2 assignments left before my Cert. III is done in july, or perhaps end of june...wuahaha...
i had a great time yesterday...was actually working with Western Australian Electoral Commissions(WAEC), those citizens were sort of voting for a government referendum called "Daylight Saving Referendum"..At the polling place where i worked yesterday, there were 5 of us including polling place manager..
Same as the last election, all the staffs at the polling place are Aussie(Citizens of Australia), except me...that makes me special...haha..
Pai sei...got to get back to work now...haha...
TO BE CONTINUED...cheers

Re : Comments on the post entitled "Relationship"(stapokfamily blogspot)
Since my comments are requested by author, i got heaps of ideas in mind...haha...comment column is probably too small to fit in those ideas...Okie...Before that, i would like to make it clear that i am not trying to pick up anyone from our family as long as friends around us..Basically in everyday life, we actually meet people from all walks of life, as we can see, there are lots of differents ways of doing things, any of them can be neither totally correct nor totally wrong...Well then, what is the correct thing to do?We do think about all the possibilities, but can anyone be 100% about "their hypothesis and conclusion"?Not even scientists...
Basic Case Study
Conflict
I had a fight with someone at school, it is so serious that my school principal would like to have a coffee with my parents. But my parents are always busy with their work, got not much free time. So they felt quite annoying knowing that they have got "unfinishing work" to do, yet have to "spend" or "waste" time having coffee with my principal. So i was badly scolded, but they did not realised that the truth is, i was not the one who started the fight.
Possibilities from children
Lack of understandings and confidence on each others
As we can see, lots and lots of different thoughts...well, probably missed out some of them as they did not cross my minds...haha
Back to topic
How do we solve this conflict?Heaps of solutions..but which one is the best?who assured that solution is the best? Can that solution really resolves every "faulty thoughts"?Neither you nor me..
Nevertheless, we actually have take a step back, step along those so called "left behind foot path", and think again. By doing this, we probably still missed out the best solutions, but the new solution generated would be a better ones...
On top of that, we are not to look for someone to be blamed, instead, LOOK FOR THE SOLUTIONS TO MAKE IT BETTER!
At the end of the day, under different circumstances, people do think differently, and that is affected by daily experiences and everything around us, we might or might not know their reasons, but we do not possessed the right to decide that, unless opinions are requested...everyone did what they think "suppossed to be the best.
Just a simple question is more than enough to explain everything.
"How do we look at the world around us?"

Possibilities from children
- Work is their only important part of life?
- I am not listening to them by having fight with someone else at school?
- Who cares about me?
- I was so called "neglected children"?
- Am i not good enough?
- Do i have to do something so that they's gonna pay attention to me?Maybe a little bit more?
- I am sorry for causing more troubles
- Why on earth that my children is not listening to me?
- Arent they know that i am busy making money?
- I need money to raise them, no ones understands that?
- I love paying attention to you and i am trying my best to
- A coffee?oh pleeasee...
- Who started the fight?
- Did i neglected my children?
Lack of understandings and confidence on each others

议论
Okie, i discovered this meaningful argumentative writing at my senior's blogspot and this article seems quite interesting to me..wuahaha...so i am thinking of making a post here for everyone...it is actually an old chinese article with moral value...some of you might heard about this short story before...but still, its a good article to share, take some time to read...thanks..=)

Missed-out items during hols =)
Finally, 2 months hols came to an end...but i think i missed out something which forgotten to share with you guys...during this long hols,i actually learnt to make some homemade dishes..obviously, thinking of home when making or enjoying these dishes...
First of all, my favourite dish, Kolo Mee...Still clear in memories that my family used to bring me to eat or order take-a-way kolo mee when i was back in kuching...especially when i was in primary school, i used to eat kolo mee every night after tuition, seems that i cant sleep without it...so basically practised this habit every night, "pack of kolo mee everyday before bed"..haha..

Well, the taste or appearance may not be 100% the same as the one i had in kuching...but things may differ from times to times...With years of "kolo mee" knowledges, i bet i probably gonna give myself 70 marks in terms of taste...for the ingredients, i am only capable of getting less than 40 marks with that fact that, i am still lack of nice and hot "char-sio meat"...but i gonna get to it soon...haha...
Next, we have Laksa Sarawak...but i guess i gonna entitle this as "Laksa Perth"...the reason is that , there's some differences from Original Laksa Sarawak...First, of course the taste is not 100% the same , but still i am quite satisfied with the taste...secondly, the size per serving...i must admitted that this bowl of laksa is truly "ang-mo" size which is double the original size...third is the ingredients...instead of chicken slices, i substituted that with steak slices...and also addition of fish ball...well again, things may differ from times to times...haha..

Anyway, i gonna try harder to improve the taste, ingredients and appearance of both dishes...by the way, i am learning Japanese Ramen at the moment, reading a book by a famous japanese ramen house called "Wagamama - Kaizen"...this book is actually a present given by exe. chef of Mercure Hotel, where i worked at the moment..Half way reading, i am actually proud that i am a chinese, because ramen is modified noodle from chinese egg noodles or kolo mee...so chinese is the inventor of noodles..=)
Okie, just a day before i started my class, which is the past sunday night, i actually went for a movie with a housemate and his friend...First time stepping into perth cinema, Hoyts...the feeling is quite cool for me as the designs and movie advertisements are superb and amazing...guess what, hoyts has a total of 15 cinemas..cool..alright,we watched a cantonese movie called "Yip Man"...Kinda martial arts movie which i loved...Movie plot is not bad though, just the ending is sort of unexpected...anyway, below are some photos of the cinema...

A present for myself !!
Hmm...Two weeks to go before i gonna start my 2nd semester course...well, this school holidays is indeed a busy one for me...had been working a lot, but of course...i still have some time for my entertainment...haha...As a present for myself, i actually bought myself a cheap 2nd hand car...Well, this car cost me about 800 bucks...its an old model anyway...suzuki swift 1993, 3 yrs younger than i am...hehe..but i gonna need couples of hundreds bucks to get some problem sorted out...Obviously, it is impossible to get a car at the value of 800 bucks which is in an excellent condition...But one good thing about this car is that it is kinda fuel efficient, and also little zippy one in size, good for a student like me...hehe...so i gonna work harder in coming two weeks to earn a bit more so that able to get my car done...though it is a cheap old car, having my own car is actually kinda great feeling...A registered car under MY NAME!!And i bought this car with my own "hard-earned" money, not from anyone else!!!Wuahaha...But, nothing comes before an effort, so have to work for it...
Okie, below are some photos of my current home...hmmm....just a rented house anyway...No other purpose, just for my friends who would like to know about the area that i am staying right now..haha...=)

Hmmm...this house is pretty good actually, rooms and area around are quite large also...this area are quite peaceful, most of the neighbours are family and retiree...Usually there are neighbours who manage those gardenings, security and etc and its entirely, free-of-charge!! =)

Condolences...
Every year, christmas used to be a celebration when a whole family members, or perhaps big family members would gather, communicate, or have fun together...
And every year when it comes to christmas, it seems to be a "warmth occasion" for everyone...so do i, my family, my big family as well...
In children's heart, santa is always someone who grants them their wishes..thus they usually tell santa their wishes and it comes true when they show their sinceres..
However...christmas reflects a different meaning this year...
To me...or probably my big family...this christmas seems to be the darkest christmas ever...
My beloved cousins and uncle wished to have their mum and wife to recover as soon as possible and santa seems to be away from them...or somehow missed their wishes
Today...they lost their mum, he lost his wife, our parents lost a sister...and we lost our aunt...
Thus...It is no longer a warmth christmas for everyone...
What is life?
No one responds to this question...
Sometimes, it could be so unbelieveable fragile when it comes to the reality...
REST IN PEACE, AUNT CAROL...

Monthly Updates!!
Part 1
Recently i have just finished my final exam for the 1st semester...honestly, this subject is truely hard that i nearly could not make it through...Haha...But luckily i was able to make through this "struggling" period in the end...omg...That afternoon after the exam, i was relieved thoroughly and one of my classmate brought us for a lunch..we went to a restaurant that served malaysia & singapore cuisines...at the moment, we were wondering whether to order our own plate of lunch or to share few plates together...at last we ordered few dishes to be plated in the center of the table so that everyone of us could try every single dishes of food that we ordered...so then, each of us ordered a dish...but someting funny about this lunch was that, all of us ordered different kinds of noodles..AND NOODLES HAD ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVOURITE!!!!OMG...Wuahahaha...look at the conversation below...
Friend A: Wow, kelvin!i think you gonna enjoy this meal very much!Haha...
Me: Hahaha...(wondering in mind - YOU ARE RIGHT!!)
Friend B: Why is that so?(with sort of curiousity in eyes)
Me: Because...(still smiling in heart)...
Friend C: Oh ya!Hold on, If i am not mistaken, kelvin ever told me something about this...
Me: Have i?let's see what you bear in mind is the correct spot or not...
Friend A: Yaya, tell us now, let' s see whether our thoughts are the same...
Friend D: Oh common!do you guys have to be so protective?just tell us what's going on here...
Friend B: Lolz...what is there so hard to tell?kinda secret?hehe...
Me: Secret?Erm..not really...
Friend C: I think i have got it...Kelvin ever said this phrase to me...(Noodles is all what my world's about and I am the King of Noodles)
Friend A: Gotcha!!You have spotted the right one!
Me: Hahaha...your memory is damn good sometimes, able to remember every single words!!My gosh..
Friend B: Hehe...then you must be smiling secretly in heart when we are making order just now...
Friend C: Yea, he is not just smiling in heart, even on his face!!
Friend D: No wonder there is sort of "exciting expression" showing on your face just now!Now i got the point...Haha...
Me: Yaya, so you guys just have to buy me a dish of noodles in order to cheer me up..or when you need my help..Hehehe
Then, we continued with our meals and chit-chatting...That meal had really made me relieved through-out my body..So so so relaxed!!!Wuahahaha....
Part 2
Okie, part 2 of the post is about one of my friend who paid me a visit in Perth...Her name is Siao Jia...i actually get to know this girl when i took part in sunday class at Kch Tze Yin Buddhist Orthodox, about 4 or 5 yrs ago if not mistaken..but not really keep in touch with each other because of some reason...She actually came to perth last month and stayed here for about 1 month...and her purposes of coming to perth are attending her sister's graduation ceremony and travelling...
So then she contacted me about two weeks ago and we had a drink at Utopia(bubble tea shop)...I was shocked that we actually chit-chatting at the Utopia for about 2 and a half hours...Haha...Probably didnt see each other for quite some time and got lots of things to share...this girl is sort "playful and sot sot" sometimes...haha..or "charming" is a better word to use to describe her...but still, a friendly girl...could be a nice friend "sometimes"only...jkjk..no offence...
But anyway, i was quite happy that my friend would look for me when coming to perth..It is actually quite warmth to be able to meet someone from the same hometown at this "stranger's country"...Thanks, Siao Jia!...after that we took some photos before sending her back to her meet her family...

Pai sei, i knew i looked sleepy in the photos...i slept quite late the night before and still working that morning...Haha...
That's all for now...

Pai sei, i knew i looked sleepy in the photos...i slept quite late the night before and still working that morning...Haha...That's all for now...

ButCh3ring Course,go go go!!
Alright, i have started last subject for 1st semester...and its gonna last for one month, then i am free to go on with my holidays...How great is that!!by the way, this particular last subject is kinda tough one...i mean like its the toughest subject in this semester...but is certainly an interesting subject that i would not want to miss...its the BUTCHERING COURSE...but please do not get to the wrong point, i am not doing slaughtering, just some de-boning operation and choppings in order to achieve the desired size or serving portion...okie, last week i was doing some butchering work on a big piece of beef(neck part to rib), about a length of 60cm long, width of 30 cm, and about 8cm thick..we called it "Chunk of Beef"...weighed about 7Kg...I am showing some process photos below...
Saleable Beef
From this, we made into cubes and mince beef

The rest of them have been packaged for sale in campus butchering shop...Guess what, originally, my campus bought these beefs at a price of $4.75 per Kg..After some butchering work, then these are sold at a price of $9.50 per Kg...As for student chefs, because we are the one doing those work, so we actually can purchase them with original price..So i bought a Kg of beef home..Brother, i helped us to save some living expenses..Haha...
This week, I am doing butchering on a quarter of lamb...the size is slightly bigger than the Beef last week...but got a lot more work to do with this...As for lamb, there are a lot more fatty layers or should i say, "excess fats"...haha...so this actually took us a longer time to finish up everything...Okie then, no more craps, some pictures for you guys below...

Alright then...as for the price...this is a lot more expensive than beef...Originally, my campus bought the lamb at a price of $7.25 per Kg..after some work on it, these lambs can be sold up to a price of $24.60 per Kg...Now that i know the reason of why lamb is always a lot more expensive than beef...For student chefs, still the same, an purchase them at original price, but i did not do so, because...i still think that its quite expensive...i mean like its not expensive if we were to compare it with market price..but it is expensive when i have to spend such money on piece of poultry...Hehe...I guess that's all for now...
